I've been dealing with it since right after I got back from Scotland.

Does anyone know of any good herbs or other stuff for it? This pitching back and forth and around is driving me nuts.

I've been to my allergist/ENT twice. It's not "infected" but it is swollen. He says the prednisone exacerbated the problem.

8-) I was posting just as you did the other reply regarding medical exam.

that leaves decongestants of some sort, I don't remember all your food issues but in my case I'd go for chilies/ginger/alliums in soup.

And if it doesn't help, at least you get a good meal out of the deal
