Material question

I'm looking for woven fabric for a spring outfit (dress or skirt and blazer) that's 97% cotton, 3% lycra, and has a spring-type print on it (as opposed to a solid or something with patchwork, Hawaiian flowers, or something psychedelic).

My cousin's bar mitzvah is Memorial Day, and I'm trying to make a new outfit for it, but all I can find are solids or the aforementioned fabrics. I'm totally frustrated by the lack of Spring/Summer fabrics available at my local fabric stores (JoAnn's and Hancock's). I don't know whether I'll fare better at Britex.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find these fabrics out of which I see so many current fashions being made either in the SF Bay Area or on the Internet?

Have you been to Britex in San Francisco? It is three or four or five (I forget) stories of fabricy goodness.

I haven't yet checked Britex. Because they're so pricey they're sort of my "store of last resort."
