Material question

figmoI'm looking for woven fabric for a spring outfit (dress or skirt and blazer) that's 97% cotton, 3% lycra, and has a spring-type print on it (as opposed to a solid or something with patchwork, Hawaiian flowers, or something psychedelic).
My cousin's bar mitzvah is Memorial Day, and I'm trying to make a new outfit for it, but all I can find are solids or the aforementioned fabrics. I'm totally frustrated by the lack of Spring/Summer fabrics available at my local fabric stores (JoAnn's and Hancock's). I don't know whether I'll fare better at Britex.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find these fabrics out of which I see so many current fashions being made either in the SF Bay Area or on the Internet?
