Material question

I'm looking for woven fabric for a spring outfit (dress or skirt and blazer) that's 97% cotton, 3% lycra, and has a spring-type print on it (as opposed to a solid or something with patchwork, Hawaiian flowers, or something psychedelic).

My cousin's bar mitzvah is Memorial Day, and I'm trying to make a new outfit for it, but all I can find are solids or the aforementioned fabrics. I'm totally frustrated by the lack of Spring/Summer fabrics available at my local fabric stores (JoAnn's and Hancock's). I don't know whether I'll fare better at Britex.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find these fabrics out of which I see so many current fashions being made either in the SF Bay Area or on the Internet?

Wow. The floral prints are very much the kinds of things I'm looking for. Unless I find something with a bigger color spectrum I'll spend the next week trying to decide between the blue and the pink.
