I just left an LJ community

The one I left was fuckyoulist. I was getting tired of all that negativity getting in the way of hearing about how my friends are doing.

I guess I don't have the need to vent in that way in a public place.

I've not been to that community, and I have no desire to do so. If I have a beef with someone, I'd rather take it to that person and work it out, instead of venting it in a place like that community or my LJ. (That's been my rule #1.) Maybe someday these kiddies will learn how to do that.

I am soooo with you there. Non-communication with me (where someone cuts me off) drives me nuts.

The only times I've wanted to vent anonymously were situations where, for whatever reason, I couldn't.
