This comes from Soviet TV, 1976, and is easily one of the worst lip-synch jobs I've ever seen:

My favorite part starts around 1:25 where he yodels and then tries to hit the bottom of his range.

The lip-sync didn't seem at all bad to me, I've seen far worse on 'live' video via digital cable (in some cases with the sound being 300ms before the video!). Surprisingly good for net Flash videos. The amount of animation, though, seemed less than on Thunderbirds (the original puppet series)...
