Not only are my feelers out, but several folks who regularly read my LJ are looking too, so if you see anything, please respond!

dice and flipdog.com are the only places i've found a significant number of listings, and i haven't heard a peep back from anyone i sent a resume through them. i suspect they're probably getting so many they can't even screen them all.

They are, and the flipdog openings seem to be a few days old. When I go to the original web sites the jobs aren't there.

I think tech-writing positions are mong the first casualties of corporate belt-tightening (along with QA and some others). I don't know of anyone who's currently hiring tech writers locally -- let alone specialists of whatever flavor. It's kind of scary.
