The Kraft Foods website -- which the graphic is based on -- lists several margarita recipes, but they use Crystal Lite, not Jell-O.
My understanding is the Jell-O people are quite aware that people make alcoholic desserts using their product, but they prefer to hang onto the family-friendly image and therefore they don't distribute recipes using booze and Jell-O.
