For those of you on Weight Watchers who've found it working for you: Are you on the Core Plan, the Flex Plan, or something else? What makes it work for you?
I don't actually remember what they called the plan when I joined WW several years ago - it was before the Flex Plan, I am sure of that. I have not actually continued with the group, having lost most of the weight that I wanted to in the first 6 months, and mostly maintained my weight in a decent range since then. Mostly what it helped me do was learn that I could use smaller portions and not starve. Oh, and I switched from sugar cola to diet. I sort of would like to lose another ten pounds or so, but not the 20 that WW thinks I should. Actually, I drifted down a few pounds in the last month or so, and am attempting to encourage the trend to continue.
When I was following WW, I was on the Flex Plan, and it worked very well. It allowed me to eat things I liked, and avoid things I didn't. Mycrash and burn was triggered by outside influences - nothing to do with the program - and I am thinking of rejoining at some point soon.
Mostly Flex, with a few weeks on Core. You can switch back and forth between them (doing each one full week at a time, no switching day to day). I find Flex is a bit easier to do when eating out :-)
