I have Practical Candle Burning. Neener neener.

And (believe it or not) until a couple of months ago, I also had a working Diablo 620. I am so happy I am not the only really really truly geekazoid in the real world! LOL

Diablo 620 -- had one years ago, but sold it after it had sat in the attic for several years.

Got me on all of them. Though I did used to repair Diablo daisy-wheel printers a long long time ago. Never owned one.

Practical Candle Burning? At both ends - or is that impractical?

Blow Fly Disco
Will you be selling this on eBay, using it in a stand-up routine, or just keeping it for the next iteration of this meme? ;-)

I inherited Practical Candle Burning from my maternal grandfather. He bought it as a joke when his brother-in-law (my Uncle Pete) took up candlemaking. When he saw it was a book of Wiccan spells he turned his storage room into a "spell room" where he tried a few of them out. I have no idea how well they worked.

Re: "Blow Fly Disco," it's the only disco album I've ever wanted to own (except perhaps for Ethel Merman's). It has flawless parodies of songs that were popular in the mid-70s. I was at a party once where someone put it on. You could tell who the half dozen of us were that were paying attention to the lyrics -- we were the ones doubling over and rolling on the floor. The rest of the room kept dancing like nothing was going on. The parodies were so well done they didn't notice!
