Now, the problem is that I can actually believe you slept. A better rabbit hole post might be that you worked eight hours at just one job yesterday, came home in the evening, ate dinner, watched TV or engaged in a hobby for a couple of hours, went to bed at a reasonable time, and got eight hours of sleep.

Then I'd know you were down the rabbit hole.
