Warren had the TV on. "Everywhere you look, there are signs of Reagan. Like here," he said, pointing to the TV.

I looked. There was the back end of a horse in the middle of the screen as a guy was riding it off to who-knows-where.

I needed that.

I really hope that we can finally, now, get away from the "all Reagan, all the time" news coverage. I mean yeah, he was an ex-president, but it was the lead story and a major chunk of coverage every freaking day for most of a week.

We were making jokes about that at the radio station last weekend.

"Live on CNN -- Reagan lies in state."

"It's The Casket Channel. All casket, all the time."

"This just in: Ronald Reagan is still dead."
