Too much caffeine...

...earlier today, combined with nasty cramps, makes for a Lynn who can't sleep.

Grrrf.

I tried eating donuts, as they usually knock me out. Instead, they just made me weepy.

I don't dare do Vicodin, as I won't have enough time for it to wear off before I have to get behind the wheel of a car (4am -- only about six hours from now).

If my skin and hair were normal instead of oily I'd shower now, but since they'd grease up anyway, there's no point in doing that.

I've been resisting taking Yet More Ibuprofen because I'm already chock full of stomach acid, but I can't think of anything else to do to kill the pain element. I don't know how to get the excess caffeine out of my system.

Amusing observance of the night

I was watching some TiVo'ed programs I'd recorded off Food Network.

After I shut the TV off my dog, who'd been watching along with me, suddenly started eagerly gnawing on her chew sticks and rawhide bones.

I swear, this puppy I have is more of a couch potato than I'll ever be!
