Quote of the Day
Oct. 29th, 2004 10:33 pmI love my colleagues. Today one of them commented on a recent radio station format change where a long-time heavy metal station went Mexican. The way Dan told the story was roughly like this:
"I was driving in, and I was feeling kind of sleepy, so I figured I'd tune in KSJO and get a hit of Metallica. Instead, I hear this 'dum, ya-da-da-da-da, ya-da-da-da-da' music, and I think, 'It must be Carlos Santana,' but it doesn't sound like 'Oye Como Va' or 'Black Magic Woman,' and it's got too many accordions in it."
