Lands End and guarantees

Years ago I got one of Lands End's square rigger atache cases with the SF in 2002 logo on it. It's the only one of its kind in Navy Blue. I use this thing to carry my laptop unit.

Today while hauling it into work, the zipper popped, dumping the contents of my atache (yes, including the laptop unit, which was thankfully unharmed) onto my garage floor.

Does anyone know if Lands End fixes such cases?

Land's End has a feature where you can text chat directly with a CSR, perhaps you can log on and ask them.

I tried. The CSR I got was pretty clueless.

They probably have an 800 number.

But I'd wait 'til after the holidays to call them.
