At one point we overheard something along the lines of the following in the room next door:

Doctor: Do you have any history of heart trouble?
Patient: No.
Doctor: Has anyone in your family, such as your brothers, sisters, or parents, ever had any heart trouble?
Patient: I don't have any brothers or sisters. My parents never had any heart trouble, but my father died of a heart attack.
Doctor: I'd say that's "heart trouble."
