I haven't the foggiest. I vaguely recall your listing it on the #filkhaven chat.

Why did you originally decide to friend me?

Because. Pffft!

What's your favorite part of my journal?

When you're more cynical and caustic than I am.

What's your least favorite part of my journal?

When you describe another Dining Out From Hell experience (i.e., another "honey, pass me the epi stick" episode). My friend, you've got to stop trusting restaurant staff to understand you and communicate effectively among themselves. Chinese restaurants are addicted to using mushrooms. Period. (Uh, ordinary, nonhallucinagenic mushrooms—well, nonhallucinagenic for most diners.)

Why didn't you run for governor?

Have you ever met me in person?

Uh, .... yeah, I think so. Several times. Maybe. You're tall with very dark, almost black hair. You have no sense of humor. You have no musical talent, and you neither sing nor play an instrument. You're a wallflower in the back of filk performance spaces. Right?

Why didn't you run for governor?
1. As a member of the press who is trying to refinance her house, I'd lose the only steady source of income I've got, and therefore I'd lose my house. (Yes, my radio job is what's being used as my "source of income" for purposes of my emergency refinance!)
2. I'd have to go to lots of boring meetings.
3. I'd have to live in Sacramento. It's too hot and too dull for my comfort level.
