I'd go with the option of napping in the quiet room. This is what AeroBed was made for, you know.
Anyway, at least if you're caught napping in the quiet room, you can explain you're sick and needed to nap when you had your mid-day break or whatever. If you're in the car, you won't have to explain that yes, you do actually have a street address somewhere that you live at.
