OK, I've been avoiding it too. Problem is, My Phone still works. It's only three years old, and is a very nice Nokia, that I like. *sigh*
Still, we are thinking of going to family plan and getting the Harolds phones. Not that they will use them much, but they will be useful at cons and trips, when we need to find each other. Phones have better ranges than "family" walkie talkies.
I send text message 1-2 times a year, so it isn't a problem. I do receive a lot of them though. Currently that is free.
