Funny.

I need a kilt for my handfasting, but I'd be killed dead if I suggested any of those. The search goes on...

See you at BayCon?

Is there an alternative to being killed dead?

Unless I have top-secret Heifer stuff to do, sure. We get in about 3:30; should be at the hotel by 5.

Heifers concert is Saturday night, followed immediately by the CD release party, which, alas, is opposite - um, spaced out on name - Kristoph's band.

Sunday I plan to be inert.

Oh sure: get your legs removed, and be stranded on the field, unable to get to the resurrection point. Old SCA tactic.

Some years ago, I was muttering that I wanted to make the frilliest, most little-girly dress I could (for the little girls) out of camoflage cloth. I got the machine (as of last week); I see the cloth on this site; all I need is an idiot-proof frilly dress pattern.

That's a great icon! Fred, particularly, looks very much like he does IRL.

Sometimes Hancock's Fabrics has patterns on sale dirt-cheap ($1 or $2 per pattern). That's the best time to buy them. The nearest Hancock's to you would probably be the one at Westgate.

Fred did it. My comment was "How could you forget my glasses?"
