Given the little I know about what *actually* happened behind the scenes at BayCon, (a) you're lucky there was a con at all, and (b) the fact that so MANY things went right is attributable purely to the competence of the last-minute-grabbed staffers, many of whom were run into the ground for this con picking up behind the last cadre of such.
