The decision-making plot thickens

A few things I forgot to mention, and an added thingie:

• I cannot make ends meet on what I earn in broadcasting. I'd have to be full-time at both jobs to do that, and there's a limit as to how much I can realistically do before I collapse. If I were 1.5 time, I'd be running a deficit of about $1k/month.
• I just had a phone interview for a tech writing job. The interviewer says she expects to bring me in sometime next week for an on-site face-to-face interview.
