My Neck is Stuck Out

This neck thing has been getting nastier and nastier. Swallowing makes it worse.

Last night I went to Urgent Care at Palo Alto Medical Clinic. The doctor there decided to x-ray my chin and send me, via ambulance, to Stanford's Emergency Room. I was terrified. ( The full ordeal follows.... )
