I love my dog

figmoI'm doped up on Vicodin to within an inch of my life. I feel "three sheets to the wind" even though I haven't had a drop of alcohol since I-forget-when.
The rheumatologist gave me another injection in my left shoulder this morning. It still hurts like all get-out even with the Vicodin; the only difference is I'm not in tears. He finally ordered x-rays to be taken, but not until at least Saturday. If they show nothing (and he figures they might not), I then go in for an MRI.
I don't know whether it's just the dog or the Vicodin, but my dog has me in stitches. She is running around in circles and making noises that sound like Taz, the Warner Bros. Tasmanian Devil.
