Quick update on my health

figmoI have bicipital tendonitis. Yesterday I got a cortisone injection for it and was basically told to medicate myself to within an inch of my life and go to sleep.
I have to take it easy for the next few days. It's even odds as to whether I can play my guitar at Westercon; if I can, I have to go easy on it.
