Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] lysana's suggestion and an iron pill, I perked up enough to get to aqua aerobics, where I seemed to have a little burst of energy. I'm now coming down from my usual 10pm second wind. I'm still not at 100%, but I now know what to do.
