You should have gotten the ambulance and charged the Doubletree for the trip, and your ER bill, and added a few million on top of that. I know you make a point of asking about 'shrooms, and requesting thast they be removed.. so when you end up in the ER because of one being in your food that is negligence.
Get a lawyer, a rabid one, and attack. You aren't the only person I heard about who had a request ignored at the Coffe Garden.
