This sinus thing is getting scary

A few minutes ago my temperature spiked to 99.8F.

I'm supposed to be getting better. Instead, I'm feeling woozy and as if my brain were fogged-in.

It sounds like you have the one I have/had. The temperature spikes seem to persist, as does the lack of energy.

Ouch. It's a measure of how distracted I was over the past day or so that I did not see this till now.

This definitely sounds like a nasty virus of some kind. Please consider going to hospital if it does not weaken soon. [Especially since the antibiotics apparently are having no effect whatsoever.
