Third line translates as "motorcycle down". Ouch, ouch, ouch. And I'm starting to figure JxO to be Just Of, and POI must be point of impact.
Seems to me I overlapped her in some fannish place, probably Minneapa, rather briefly, a couple of decades ago, or was in some other way loosely linked.
